Information
The enquiry form on this site does not send or store anything itself: it prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to Conceptiones, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. We process the information you choose to include in that email or in any message you send us. This may include your name, work email, company or studio, professional role, project type and location, project stage, artwork route, indicative quantities, programme, budget, project description and an optional project link.
Please share only information you are authorised to disclose. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material unless it is necessary and you have authority to provide it.
Purpose and basis
We use enquiry information to understand your project, respond to your request, provide relevant service information and explore a possible professional collaboration.
The processing follows the controller's published privacy framework and is based on your decision to submit the enquiry and on our legitimate interest in reviewing and responding to genuine business enquiries. Information is not added to a marketing list through this form.
Recipients
Access is limited to Creative Corporation International SRL and service providers necessary to host the website (Cloudflare), measure visits and handle email. Providers act only for the operational purpose for which they are engaged and are not authorised to use enquiry information for their own marketing.
If a project requires information to be shared with an artist, maker or production partner, that sharing will be limited to what is relevant and will follow the agreed project responsibilities and confidentiality requirements.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build individual profiles. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as necessary to review and respond to the request, support any resulting professional relationship, or meet applicable legal requirements. It is then deleted or anonymised.
An enquiry that develops into a contract may become part of the related business and accounting records, which can be subject to separate statutory retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, request portability where applicable, or withdraw consent where consent is the relevant basis.
